- qualifications and Training
- monitoring day to day operations of a continually functioning plant and reporting/monitoring concerns
- A mechanical background is essential. The ideal candidate will have gained experience within Heavy Industry, preferably Metals or Chemicals
- point of contact and support for five shift teams, escalating as required to Line Manager and/or HR Team
- you should have a past experience of managing team within a production plant in a similar role
- ensuring
- experience of Lean Manufacturing practices
- knowledge and Experience
Responsibility
- chemical deliveries are scheduled in line with production schedules
- actively develop and promote EHS and housekeeping standards
- adhere to the Company Health and Safety policy
- sufficient consumables are available and responsible for replenishments
- the Process Engineer will always work in accordance with company standards and regulatory guidelines
- provide suggestions that will contribute to the development of the Company
- to conduct any other reasonable duties as requested by your manager
- conducting return to work interviews
