Responsibility

  • preparing and managing service charge budgets for all properties
  • serving Section 20 notices and overseeing major works projects
  • managing contractors for the maintenance of the buildings and communal areas
  • maintaining health and safety regulations/compliance
  • full Time Position: Block Manager
  • location: 118 Bartholomew Street, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 5DT
  • hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm
  • any other duties as instructed by Head of Block Management
