Responsibility
- you will be required to plan and work to budgets, maximize profits and achieve sales targets set by the director
- create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling and inventory management
- purchasing required materials and raw foods according to the quantity needed
- monitor and control takings in the restaurant and administer employees
- ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer complaints
- ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations
- develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Requirements
- proven ability to lead and manage a team
- strong understanding of food safety regulations
- experience with inventory management and financial reporting
- strong communication and customer service skills
- experience managing delivery drivers
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
