Requirements

Responsibility

  • to provide excellent customer service to all JBL clients, contractors, etc. whether dealing with reactive day to day maintenance issues or managing larger, long term projects
  • to attend sites, meet with clients and contractors and to ensure the smooth running of all buildings
  • to ensure that the health and safety elements of all buildings are maintained
  • to produce agendas prior to client meetings and minutes following the meeting to ensure that all actions are agreed with the relevant board of directors and carried out in a timely fashion
  • to review buildings regularly and put together a planned maintenance programme for the short, medium and long term so that funds can be budgeted for appropriately
  • to manage all works, including reactive maintenance and major works, by working with contractors and surveyors, ensuring that costs are carefully managed, and that works are delivered on time and to an excellent standard
  • to produce other documentation such as welcome letters, house rules, etc. for buildings
