- this varied role is based in our showroom on Bumpers Farm Industrial Estate
- we are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, has a good sense of humour, enjoys working in a great team and has fantastic organisational skills to take on this challenging and fast paced administrator role
- your primary aim will be managing the administrative processes within our office which provides our customers with a high level of service from the initial call through to the onsite visit by the engineer and any follow up contact
- however, the role requires a degree of flexibility and the ability to think on your feet due to the nature of the industry and the fast pace, particularly during the winter
- 10.Contacting suppliers to ensure that materials are ordered and delivered on time
- 3.Maintain and update the customer database and diary system
- 9.Organising and sending out servicing reminders for existing customers
