Requirements
- proven experience of general property maintenance
- good all round joinery skills inc roughing joinery
- proficiency in using hand and power tools
- basic plumbing and electrical skills
- grounds maintenance of industrial estate
- tiling and small patch plastering
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
