Responsibility

  • manage daily work order input ensuring accurate allocation of labour resource and parts
  • proactively manage the open work orders to ensure timely billing of completed jobs to both internal and external customer base
  • general Administrative duties and accurate record keeping within the Service Department
  • updates and maintains databases and systems to ensure accurate and current information is available for use by others
  • builds and maintains customer relationships
  • assume responsibilities as Health & Safety co-ordinator, ensuring all statutory inspections are completed as per Legal Requirement and company H&S Management System
