  • john Bray are pleased to offer the fantastic opportunity for an organised, ambitious and driven individual to join our dynamic and busy team as a Lettings Administrator/Property Manager, in our Hastings Old Town office
  • dealing with incoming and outgoing communications
  • arranging certificates i.e. Gas Safety, Electrical certs to ensure compliant
  • maintaining the properties and ensuring they are in a good state of repair through the organisation of tradesmen where required
  • arranging certificates i.e. Gas Safety, Electrical etc
  • competitive Basic Salary of £18,000 - £21,000 plus commission, OTE £25,000
  • administrative tasks
