Responsibility
- reporting: Reports directly to the Registered Manager, who is based remotely outside of Hereford
- scheduling: Efficiently plan and manage staff rotas to ensure seamless care delivery
- client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
- staff Support: Serve as the main point of contact for our carers, offering guidance and support
- direct Care: Provide hands-on care for 15-20 hours per week to cover shifts as needed
- on-Call Duties: Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent client or staff needs
- independent Role: This is a one-person office role where you’ll manage the office operations independently while collaborating with carers and the remote Registered Manager
Requirements
- experience: Previous experience in a care coordination role or similar within domiciliary care is necessary
