this is an exciting time to join the company as it expands and opens up a transition home specifically for young people who have reached 16 years old
contracted hours per month = 173 per month
the aim is to give young people the certainty and stability they need whilst reducing fears and anxieties about where they will be living
the Deputy role will be a Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm role once the transition home opens, therefore you can expect to do approximately 6 months on a rolling shift pattern to include sleeps as detailed below, before changing to Monday -Friday
the hourly pay for this role is £13-£14 per hour depending on your experience. In addition to your hourly rate, you will be paid £50 for every sleep-in you complete

Requirements
you'll need 12-months experience within an Ofsted Rated Children's home and examples of 'leading' the team on shift
be competent at updating young people's plans and house paperwork and risk assessments
achieved 'Level 3 Children's Residential/Workforce - or equivalent
be confident at liaising with multi-disciplinary teams
full UK Drivers License
