  • strict reporting of all maintenance issues as they arise, sending off daily reports
  • assisting contractors for on site access
  • ensure that areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
  • remove any rubbish and debris across the estate so that the full site is pristine and tidy
  • maintain Health and Safety standards at all times
  • ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
  • deal with any requests promptly and courteously
