- we are seeking for our client a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as an Apprentice Administrative Estimator
- RMFLS Ltd is an established and successful roofing business that are looking to give someone the opportunity to kickstart their career
- learn and understand the principles of quantity surveying, including cost estimation, budgeting, material take-offs, and tender preparation
- assist our senior quantity surveyor in accurately quantifying and pricing construction projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and requirements
- collaborate with project teams to gather data, review plans, and analyse project documentation to provide accurate cost estimates
- creating or amending documents
- develop a solid understanding of relevant software tools and spreadsheets used in estimating and quantity surveying
- maintain and update project cost databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available
