Requirements
- minimum of 5 year’s experience in M&E design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- proficient in M&E design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other relevant tools
- excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- revit: 1 year
- autoCAD: 1 year
Responsibility
- lead the design of mechanical and electrical systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects
- develop detailed M&E drawings, specifications, and schedules
- coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of M&E systems
- oversee the preparation of tender documents and assist in the evaluation of contractor bids
- ensure designs comply with all relevant standards, and regulations
- perform site inspections and provide technical support during the construction phase
- mentor and guide junior M&E designers and engineers
- continuously update knowledge on industry trends, technologies, and best practices
