  • remove dirt, grime, and debris from window sills, frames, and tracks
  • operate ladders, lifts, and other equipment safely to reach high or hard-to-access windows
  • assess windows for damage or potential issues
  • communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service
  • adhere to safety protocols
  • maintain equipment and tools in good working condition

Requirements

  • previous experience in window cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • ability to work at heights and comfortable using ladders and lifts
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • good physical condition and stamina to perform manual tasks
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
