Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • coordinate and schedule rotas, place new packages and rosta to staff
  • meet & Greet Clients and provide them with necessary paperwork and information
  • answer phone calls & Check emails & Brokerage, respond to inquiries from Social Services, Clients, Families, Medical Proffessions, Staff. Take on call on rotas basis including 1 weekend a month, support on field when required

Requirements

  • must be Car driver & Previous experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficient in using computer software and dental management systems
  • ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is a plus
  • must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
