Responsibility
- driving consistently strong results in terms of sales volume, F&I and profit
- managing all leads received, ensuring they are distributed and followed up by the Sales Team as per our process
- second facing every customer to ensure maximum profitability is achieved
- managing the Compliance aspects of the Sales Team to ensure process is followed to standard set by the FCA
- lead, manage and coach your team of Sales Executives, inspiring and motivating them to unlock their full potential
- analysing trends to report to the Head of Business and Buyer to help increase market penetration
- care deeply about improving customer satisfaction and building customer loyalty
Requirements
- experience of at least 1 year within a Used Car Sales Business Management position
- strong negotiation skills and general business acumen
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- proven leadership skills
- ability to acknowledge emerging trends
- managing: 1 year
- A proven track record of successfully being able to second face, resulting in overcoming objections leading to up sales and finance conversion
