Responsibility

  • about the role
  • reporting to the Lead Project Manager for media, the Project Coordinator will contribute to delivering projects within Jigsaw24’s varied portfolio
  • be the key contact point for the customer
  • obtain customer sign off and agree dates and timelines for the project deliverables
  • build and manage strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • the Project Coordinator will work mostly on frequently delivered or standard offerings of project/s using a framework derived from our Business Processes, lessons learnt and J24 Framework
  • work closely with the Professional Services Team resourcs assigned to remove obstacles and blockers
  • working on some of the largest, influential, and well-known brands within the Media and Entertainment workspace, the Jigsaw24 Project Coordinator will be at the forefront of delivering projects
