- full UK Driving Licence is desirable
- experience in this field is not essential but previous employment involving computer literacy skills would be beneficial
- experience within a design-related role
- experience working within the promotional product industry
- extremely well organised
- strong communication skills
- strong analytical and numerical skills to work out budgets and understand sales figures
Responsibility
- respond to new enquiries in a timely manner
- be Creative, take our customers initial briefs and produce product proposals to perfectly match their needs
- monitor all shipments to ensure any delivery issues are rectified appropriately
- nurture and maintain positive relationships with our customers
- pack and label individual gift boxes and larger bulk orders
- we are a responsive organisation, and the needs of our customers often change. Therefore, job descriptions and duties are subject to change to allow us to adapt quickly to provide the best possible service and product options for our customers
- product sourcing, finding new trends and products within the market
- the role is full time and there may be requirement to undertake overtime on occasion
