Fast paced growing company that is unique and dynamic is looking for an office admin assistant/receptionist. We are due to be relocating our office to in the cathedral grounds shortly.Duties includeCompleting general administrative tasks.Supporting the wider team with queries or support where required Communicating with internal and external customers.Onboarding new clients onto our software and updating the records for existing clients.PA services to the directors.Inbound and outbound calls to clients and HMRC.Credit control.Attributes:Proactive approach to problem solving and a positive attitude.Exceptional organisational skills.Good knowledge of Microsoft office products.Great team player.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From £20,500.00 per yearBenefits:Referral programmeSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Administrative: 2 years (preferred)Work Location: In personApplication deadline: 07/06/2023
