Responsibility
- accountable for meeting Sales Targets and closing sales
- liaising with customers and public to ensure leads are effectively and professionally dealt with
- liaising and consulting with the public to offer design advise, present options and price prospective work
- preparation and issuing of estimates and contracts
- showroom duties and attendance at trade shows etc when required
- management of customer accounts
- development of trade custom sales
- administrative duties as necessary for the post
Requirements
- recognised training in construction/windows industry is desirable
- previous sales experience preferably in direct sales environment and with a good understanding of the sales process
- previous experience in a sales or estimator role is preferable
- experience of double glazing/windows/doors/conservatories would be advantageous but not essential
- experience of and ability to use AutoCAD is desirable
- previous measuring/surveying experience would be beneficial
- must be well presented, hardworking, honest, and reliable
- self-motivated with the drive to and determination to be successful
