Responsibility

  • our Supervisors lead a team of cleaners, working across many clients’ sites across the North East
  • the work is varied and each day is different
  • this is a full time, permanent role
  • A hands-on, operational role
  • recent new contract awards mean we are expanding in what is a very challenging and compliant market and we are looking for an additional Cleaning Supervisor to join us
  • in addition to driving your team, you will manage the distribution of key tasks, the workload and ensure exceptional standards are achieved
  • you will be responsible for loading and unloading the vehicle, carrying out vehicle safety checks, health & safety compliance and assisting with the training and development of new team members
  • trustworthy, essential given you will have key holder responsibilities as well as ensuring your team comply with all Health and Safety procedures
