- be prepared to undertake additional duties as necessary to support the business
- uplands Mobiles Ltd are looking for a dynamic, experienced customer account manager who has a proven successful sales record within the industry
- address and resolve customer queries, including issues with handsets, signal, billing, and account-related inquiries
- prepare and maintain weekly and monthly forecast reports for your direct report, contributing to re-sign, churn, new connections, profitability, and customer service meetings
- manage a diverse portfolio of existing and new customers, primarily focusing on our Mobile, Fixed-line, Internet, Hosted, and Digital IT products
- stay updated on changes within the Uplands portfolio of products and services
- attend relevant meetings and training sessions to stay informed about industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- proficient in Salesforce CRM and other relevant interfaces
- experience in Mobile, Fixed Lines, Hosted, Connectivity, IT Digital Services and Customer Services
- account management: 1 year
- telecommunication: 1 year
Contract type
- demonstrate expertise in managing, negotiating, re-signing, and closing Communication and IT service contracts
- understand key partners such as Virgin Media O2, Vodafone, EE, Three and Gamma
