Responsibility

  • promote and sell our range of trampolines and accessories to potential customers, including individuals, families, business, schools, and recreational centres
  • identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels, such as cold calling, emails, letters and in-person visits
  • conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about our trampoline models, emphasising their safety features, durability, and entertainment value
  • understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable items options based on their requirements and preferences
  • negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with clients, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome for both parties
  • build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have
  • stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands related to trampolines to effectively position our products in the market
  • collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads

Requirements

  • previous experience in sales, preferably in the sports or recreational equipment industry, is highly desirable
  • A good understanding of their features, benefits, and safety requirements
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build lasting relationships
  • strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets
  • self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • exceptional organisational and time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • proficiency managing customer relationships and track sales progress
  • sales: 2 years
