Responsibility
- certifications - support JET PRESS in the maintenance and improvement of its Quality agenda and reputation
- documentation - prepare accurate and timely quality documentation as required by JET PRESS and/or our customers
- effective Operating Procedures - maintain and audit effective work instructions for inspections, operations, and quality assurance activities
- continuous Improvement - identify and drive product quality improvements
- statistical Process Control - maintain the SPC system and interpret the output, capturing potential issues early, and making recommendations for improvement to the Quality & Safety Manager, measuring the impact of change
- process Design - work with the management teams at our production sites to drive product quality improvements through process improvement
- new Products - support the development and introduction of new products to market
- health & Safety - support the onsite H&S initiatives, including conducting appropriate risk assessments, to enable retention of ISO 45001
Requirements
- clear communication style with the ability to work with all levels
- excellent attention to detail
- problem solving including root cause analysis skills
- technically minded - able to read technical engineering drawings
- skilled at operating measuring and testing equipment
- working knowledge and experience of PPAP and/or FAIRs
- quality inspection: 2 years
