Requirements
- possess ACA, CTA, ADIT or similar qualification
- positive, conscientious, hands-on, and self-driven. Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- able to work independently with minimal supervision
- able to manage multiple priorities and work well under time pressure
- sun/Horizon system experience is an advantage
- 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience with at least 2 years in Big 4 accounting firm or an in-house tax department for a multi-national company
- strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to work effectively with people of different culture and at all levels
Responsibility
- the Finance department is responsible for all key accounting, reporting and tax matters affecting the company and for the design, implementation, maintenance and operation of financial processes and internal controls
- liaise with Finance staff to obtain information for preparation of tax returns and tax authority enquiries and co-ordinate preparation with external advisers
- review VAT treatment of transactions including liaising with Settlements team to ensure correct invoicing
- assist with preparation of transfer pricing documentation and APA application, liaise with external advisers
- assist in review of VAT returns
