Responsibility

  • installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware, operating systems, software applications, VOIP and mobile phones
  • maintenance and monitoring of computer networks, system vulnerabilities and backups
  • provide point of contact and day-to-day technical support within the organisation
  • diagnosing and solve hardware or software faults
  • coordinate with 3rd line support to complete IT support faults when required
  • systems management i.e., active directory user management, file server permissions, 3cx phone directory, company asset spreadsheets etc…
  • procurement, track and manage company IT assets and IT lifecycles
  • set up workspaces for new colleagues and visitors to the UK offices
