We’re excited to be expanding the team at Jenny’s Blinds and we’re now actively recruiting for an Office Administrator. As a Office Administrator you will organise the team at Jennys Blinds as well as inputting data into accountancy software and the Blindmatrix App. You will also provide the best customer service for which we have become renowned by taking calls and providing estimates.Our business has been trading for 25 years and our reputation in the Cheshire area has continued to grow and even through these tough times we’ve all been facing, we’ve managed to grow the business. You’d be joining at an exciting time and play a key role in the further success of this trusted family run business.This role requires an organised and hardworking individual with a clear understanding of what makes excellent customer service. This role demands a person who is good with computers, is eager to learn and would be comfortable working in a office environment. A positive customer experience is at the heart of all decision making in this role.Responsibilities- Communicate with customers to arrange fitting of the blinds and also quotations- Inputting Data into Quickbooks- Inputting Data into the Blindmatrix App- Updating the website and Social Media- Answering Calls- Working mostly on your own but occasionally in a team- Providing excellent customer service at all timesRequirements- Able to work with Excel and Accountancy software- Previous experience in a customer facing role-Confident on the phone and responding to EmailsThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone to train and become a Office Administrator.
