- inputting Data into the Blindmatrix App
- this role requires an organised and hardworking individual with a clear understanding of what makes excellent customer service
- updating the website and Social Media
- answering Calls
Requirements
- previous experience in a customer facing role
- confident on the phone and responding to Emails
