Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- processing bank reconciliations, invoice processing using cloud technology and other bookkeeping tasks
- using cloud accounting systems and maintaining accurate records
- preparing the monthly accounts including relevant month end adjustments i.e. prepayments, accruals and other balance sheet reconciliations as required
- preparing VAT returns and tracking deadlines across your client portfolio
- assist in preparation of statutory accounts and corporation tax returns
- communicating with clients and your team to ensure deadlines are met
- provide regular updates to your line manager on the progress of your work
- working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
Requirements
- working towards accountancy qualification
- experience in both industry and practice will be considered for the role
- excellent communication skills and a proven ability to develop strong working relationships across all levels of business
- A pro-active approach to problem solving and willingness to deliver innovative solutions
- eagerness to apply and develop technical accounting knowledge to the role
- strong time management skills to deliver for all clients in a varied portfolio
