Responsibility

  • manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
  • answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
  • greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
  • coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • maintain electronic and physical filing systems

Requirements

  • proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • experience using QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks
  • strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • proficient in using Google Suite
  • familiarity with general office procedures and equipment
