Requirements
- degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organisational and time management skills
- demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- 7+ years of HR experience
- at least 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
