Responsibility
- providing administrative support to the Managing Director’s office & showroom
- distributing work and information in the absence of the Managing Director
- acting as contact for the Managing Director regarding day-to-day activities
- managing diaries, booking meetings and ensuring accuracy at all times
- dealing with incoming mail/emails, determining possible action, drafting responses to written enquiries and responding to enquiries where appropriate
- handling sensitive and/or confidential information and/or documentation with appropriate discretion
- be capable of competently dealing with situations in the absence of the Managing Director
- providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
Requirements
- come and join us as Executive Assistantto provide support to the managing director and deputise in their absence
- to take responsibility for selected tasks within the office, to provide clerical, administrative, and reception cover to support the showroom
- you will deliver high levels of administration to play a pivotal role in supporting Managing director
- suga Küchen have been designing and installing beautiful kitchens in homes across the Northwest for over 36 years
- PA/EA or senior administrator: 2 years
- our design team work seamlessly with clients to architects on a new build or extension, or you, personally to design the perfect space for our clients to live in
