  • achieve and exceed individual and Company sales targets by using effective selling skills; focusing on up-selling and productivity
  • follow up on potential and existing customers. Call and chase customers for reviews
  • liaise with workshops to get daily updates on jobs and seeing through the entire sale and production cycle
  • operate all systems, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges with customers and suppliers
  • update and maintain systems/documents on a daily basis
  • build the bond between our brand and our customer by answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach depending on individuals personalities and needs
  • always being alert while in front of the customer and follow company security policies and procedures, to keep the wider team and customers safe
