Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • triaging support tickets and ensuring that tickets are monitored and updated in a timely manner
  • responding and resolving customer contacts via email and telephone
  • create and maintain knowledge articles
  • assist where required with Client training & updates

Requirements

  • maintaining high levels of customer service standards by building relationships with customers and being proactive and attentive to their needs
  • worked in an IT helpdesk related discipline
  • knowledge of Windows Operating systems and Networking
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • self-disciplined, good planning and organisation skills
  • full clean UK driving license or equivalent
  • technical support: 1 year
  • customer service: 1 year
