Responsibility
- we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Painter and Decorator to join our team in Dorset, UK
- prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary
- the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality painting and decorating services to our residential and commercial clients
- apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- select appropriate materials and tools for each project
- perform minor repairs and maintenance on surfaces as needed
- ensure work is completed according to specifications and within established timelines
- maintain a clean and organized work area
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- proven experience as a Painter and Decorator in the UK
- strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- valid UK driving license and reliable transportation
