Responsibility

  • responsible for resourcing for new care packages and building on existing packages
  • improving and maintaining the continuity of care for new and existing care packages
  • ensure all operations are Company and RQIA Compliant
  • delivery and supervision of care services
  • contribute to the growth and service expansion targets set by the business
  • maintenance and updating of the database
  • building and co-ordination of rotas for assigned areas
  • maintenance of Carer employment records with due regard to data protection
