- provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and network-related issues

Requirements
- strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- familiarity with ServiceNow or other IT service management tools
- proficiency in computer hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- experience in software troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- basic understanding of Linux operating systems is a plus
- knowledge of IT support best practices, including desktop support and technical support
