Responsibility
- ● Report to the Executive Director
- ● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, industry associations, media outlets and community leaders
- ● Identify and devise campaigns to attract potential new audiences and increase audience and participant diversity
- ● Promote the JV H.O.M.E facility as a regional centre for excellence in dance and arts participation
- ● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all communications align with the company’s artistic vision and mission
- ● Work with the Social Media Officer to develop high-quality digital marketing, web, email marketing and content for a variety of campaigns
- ● Oversee the creation of promotional materials and digital assets
- ● Manage media relations and serve as the primary point of contact for all press inquiries, including coordinating press coverage and interview to maximise publicity whenever possible
Requirements
- ● Experience of campaign planning across print and digital media
- ● Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
- ● Strong project management and organisational skills
- ● Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in email marketing
- ● Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
- ● At least 3 years experience in communications, public relations, or marketing, preferably in the arts or entertainment industry. Knowledge and experience in Audience Development would be a bonus
