- conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop marketing strategies that align with company goals
- develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with an emphasis on D2C online routes
- develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources for all marketing campaigns
- utilize search engine optimization and search engine marketing strategies to increase website traffic and online sales
- manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers
- develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the company's brand identity
- stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in marketing technology and tools
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in a marketing role with a demonstrable portfolio of previous work
- excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively to stakeholders
- knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies and the ability to manage online campaigns
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to the Directors
- knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
