Responsibility

  • populating preferred social media channels with engaging story submissions, relevant information, and timely content
  • updating the company website with new blogs, photos, news, and reviews as required
  • providing administration and organizational support for large-scale marketing projects
  • managing advertising budgets for Google and social media platforms
  • maintaining the work-in-progress Tracker and coordinating updates from external agencies and key stakeholders
  • raising accurate and timely purchase orders for short-run print marketing items from approved suppliers
  • creating, logging, and emailing purchase orders as necessary
  • updating the website with photos, events, and colleague updates
