Responsibility

  • we have a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Lines Account Handler within a Chartered Insurance Broker based in Dumfries
  • the successful candidate will be part of a busy team and will need to be highly motivated and efficient
  • issuing and Processing renewals for existing clients, as well as providing new quotes and processing policy changes
  • build relationships with clients by managing day to day queries accurately and efficiently
  • work closely with and provide administration support when necessary to the team and line manager
  • job Title: Personal Lines Account Handler
  • we are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual with previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a similar industry although full training will be given
  • responsibility of managing key accounts – i.e. Assist in day to day handling of policies, including client and insurer liaison, preparation of reports and broking and maintain good credit control
