Responsibility
- you will be working as part of an experienced and dedicated team, working through help desk tickets whilst also having the opportunity to go out on client sites, working on BAU daily support tasks and project work
- you will need to thrive on multi-tasking, where you will be responsible for tasks such as installing servers, replacing workstations, resolving OS faults whilst also identifying network connectivity issues
- over time, you will be given the responsibility of your own projects where you will be expected to manage all technical aspects from start to completion
