Responsibility
- we are looking to recruit an experienced Carpet & Flooring Sales Advisor/Manager to join our small team
- greet customers in the shop and on the phone and assist them with their enquiries
- can deliver excellent customer service from the enquiry stage to sales completion
- advise customers on the flooring products and assess their needs to help identify the right product for them
- have a can do attitude and can demonstrate an excellent sales record
- prepare quotations, record sales and organise purchase orders, fitting staff and customer payments
- be able to manage flooring sales and fitting staff
- assist with general housekeeping to maintain an attractive showroom
Requirements
- previous customer service, both face to face and on the phone
- confident communicator with a keen willingness to learn
- an interest in flooring and interiors would be beneficial
- sales advisory: 2 years
- flooring industry: 3 years
