Responsibility

  • our client, a social housing provider based in East London, is currently recruiting for a Category Manager on a full-time permanent basis
  • the position is due to start immediately and the salary on offer is paying up to £55,000 per annum plus benefits
  • the ideal candidate must have demonstrable experience in applying Public Contracts Regulations knowledge to the management of end-to-end procurement activity, and experience with IT/Technology and/or Corporate Service categories
  • work with the stakeholders to ensure that all key portfolio suppliers are monitored throughout the duration of their contracts and facilitate review and audit of spend categories
  • taking responsibility for developing successful supply chain relationships through supplier/manufacturer visits and understanding the end-to-end supply chains
