Honestly, easy way to get work experience in the classroom with kids while studying until graduation

Not a forever job as its only part time hours. I would say the pay is decent enough if you put in the work and become a head coach. Did see a few bare minimum assistants get annoyed for not being promoted to head coach positions for just turning up.

The company does full free DBS, safeguarding, there's online training and you're given al the equipment to teach. Really great for future teachers or people who want to work with little kids or really like gaming and computers and working with kids.

This company allows their employees to physically grab your child and drag them around and do nothing when you complain about it. They have no policies about their employees laying a hand on your child, it is disgraceful and disrespectful. A teacher will get dismissed if they laid a hand on your child but jam coding seem to find it acceptable even if in the process the employee smacked your child’s head off the door. Having spoken to someone from head office all they had to say was the incident was left in the hands of the school and they deemed it as fine for an incident like this to occur!

sorry that happened to your child, Sunita that's crazy. They definitely got policies about not touching or grabbing the children though we covered it in safeguarding and got our certificates for it. I hope your were able to talk to the school and sort it out with them since the school can get rid of coaches still if there's a problem

Rubbish company!!!!!! Worked here for more than a year and gained absolutely nothing from it. They never increase your pay and expect you to transport equipment by yourself. Manager expecting you to do everything.

As a head coach I was promoted and started on 20 pounds an hour, and I got more with promotions if you do well at your clubs and the kids like you

Starting as an assistant coach is a bit less so you got to work your way up but you also don't have to teach as an assistant just help out. I was on 15 pounds a hour before I got promoted to head coach

Sure, teaching experience with kids or computer science degree as an assistant coach. You don't need much, but the more teaching experience you have you got the better pay. I got £15 per hour as assistant because I had both

If you can lead classes and are good in the classroom teaching, you can get a promotion to head coach for more extra pay. Becoming a head coach is worth it since your pay per hour goes up, but you got to be able to teach the class properly. What you teach is given to you on the online training as seesion plans

Some head coaches were good but some didn't know how control the class or read the lesson plans and it showed, lol. They didn't last long

Make sure you know how to teach and control the class do the session plan training and it's easy
