Purchase tickets through skiddle for outdoor festival in southampton ,date changed so we cancelled in time to get refund . No refund recieved new date also cancelled and no contact from jaly group as they are dissolved and not the first time .james richard daly your a scammer.

I purchased tickets to a show that they canceled that morning. Never heard from them again about refunds and my emails have been ignored. I feel like I've been ripped off. From what I have seen online, they have done it to a lot more people than just me.
