Responsibility
dealing accurately with telephone queries, ensuring professional, adequate responses are given in line with the company policy
investigate issues which arise concerning damages, shortages, returns and credit claims
the processing of orders utilising the company ordering system
deal with adaptable orders from customers with specific bespoke needs
where internal manufacturing is required ensure the customers’ requests are articulated on to the system and accurate details communicated to the production team demonstrating the exact requirements
liaise with other departments to create new special order product requirements including coding and pricing
maintain the company records both electronically and manually
troubleshoot customer complaints utilising the company complaints business process guide and other platforms to facilitate a solution in a timely manner
