Responsibility
- dealing accurately with telephone queries, ensuring professional, adequate responses are given in line with the company policy
- investigate issues which arise concerning damages, shortages, returns and credit claims
- the processing of orders utilising the company ordering system

- where internal manufacturing is required ensure the customers’ requests are articulated on to the system and accurate details communicated to the production team demonstrating the exact requirements
- liaise with other departments to create new special order product requirements including coding and pricing
- maintain the company records both electronically and manually
- troubleshoot customer complaints utilising the company complaints business process guide and other platforms to facilitate a solution in a timely manner
- complete any other task as delegated, reasonable to the job role
