Responsibility
- management of the sales ledger and collection of all customer payments
- contact customers by telephone and/or email to chase outstanding payments
- sending out statements and debtors letters as required
- respond to customer/account queries via email
- liaise with customer services to resolve all account/order queries swiftly, inc. on-stop and over credit limit queries
- process credit applications and apply for trade references
- post payments to customer accounts and reconcile against invoices
- upload credit card payments to customer accounts and reconcile with invoices
Requirements
- other suitable skills and experience includes Credit Controller, Credit Control, Bookkeeper, Finance, Accounts, Accounts Assistant, Accounting, Finance Assistant
