- proven metal-smithing skills working to a high standard in sawing, piercing out, polishing, forging and soldering
- experienced in setting all precious gemstones
- central stone and melee setting in a variety of styles
- experience in PUK welding would be preferable
- commitment to upholding the highest level of quality and operational excellence
- working well as part of a team
- ability to take initiative and work self-directed from specification sheets
Responsibility
- designing new pieces and collections
- collaborate with the business owners on workshop efficiency, training programmes, equipment investment and generally assisting with pushing the business forwards
