- to be successful in this position we require a 'can do' attitude, a professional but friendly approach and excellent organisational skills
- negotiating tenancy renewals with landlord and tenants, whilst suggesting any relevant rent increases
- arranging compliance certificates such as gas safety, EPC & EICR
- booking & conducting tenancy inspections and providing feedback to landlords
- jacobs Steel are one of the leading independent estate & letting agents with six offices spanning the South coast between Worthing and Hove
- assisting the property management team with maintenance reporting
