Responsibility
- oversee AV facilities on a day to day basis
- main purpose of the role
- manage call queue for all AV related requests and incidents
- ensure all audio visual and media services are delivered to the business in a professional and efficient manner
- liaise with IT / Facilities teams on a daily basis to agree any additional tasks / activities as required
- offer support and assistance to clients via phone and in person
- you will review jobs with colleagues to ensure that the equipment specified can fulfil its requirements
- locate faults or problems and provide solutions on a first /second / line basis
Requirements
- able to behave calmly and professionally in stressful, live situations
- diplomatic and helpful with first class customer facing skills

- excellent initiative, attention to detail - a proactive problem solver bringing solutions to challenging situations
- the post holder should be able to demonstrate an aptitude towards providing a high level of customer service

- significant experience of operating live events incorporating sound and video
